How It Works

Exclusive Access:
Participation is by invitation only, limited to a small circle of committed investors.
 
Ring-Fenced Opportunities:
Each project is structured in a new, clean company (SPV) to protect investor capital.
 
Flexible Partnership Models:
We typically work with one to three investors per opportunity, depending on scale.
 
Defined Investment Period:
Investors commit for a minimum of 3–5 years, with profits realised upon project completion or sale.
 
Capital Protection:
Investor capital earns interest linked to prime, refinanced through bank funding after completion.
